Tesoro Unveil The Gram Spectrum RGB Mechanical Keyboard

Tesoro is a highly-respected hardware company specialising in peripherals and gained notoriety for releasing affordable products. This notion spans across gaming keyboards, ergonomic mice and comfortable mouse pads. Their latest creation is the Gram Spectrum RGB keyboard sporting Tesoro AGILE mechanical switches. These low profile switches offer a short travel distance while retaining a tactile feel. This means you can effortlessly press keys during intense gameplay moments and type large documents in an effective manner.

The Spectrum supports full RGB illumination with 16.8 million colour options as well as numerous lighting effects including breathing, colour wave and more. This provides superb flexibility and allows you to create a very spectacular appearance. On another note, the keyboard utilises double-injection keycaps and is built on a robust metal plate.

Johan Borggren, VP of Sales at Tesoro Technology described their latest product and said:

“The ultra-accurate, low-profile Tesoro AGILE switches bring something truly unique to market, a low-profile mechanical keyboard that does not surrender the tactile feel,”

The GRAM Spectrum is jam-packed with features and rich in customizable functions making it a premier choice for dedicated gamers.”

Technically, the product opts for a 32bit ARM processor with 512KB of onboard memory to record complex macros. Each key is fully programmable and the unit has a 100Hz polling rate. It also supports full N-key/G-key rollover.  In terms of pricing, the black model will retail for $137.00 while the white edition has an MSRP of $139.00. Both products should be available at the beginning of June.

Tesoro is one of the coolest gaming brands around, and while you may not think of them first when shopping for a new peripheral, they’ve proven to us here at eTeknix time and time again that they can create competitive, unique and affordable products that would make great additions to any desktop gaming setup. With that in mind, I’m very happy to see their new Ascalon Spectrum Gaming Mouse in the eTeknix office today. It may not be the most high-end mouse ever, but if previous Tesoro reviews are anything to go by, it will no doubt have a few cool tricks up its sleeves.

Equipped with a high-quality 6400 DPI optical sensor, 7 fully programmable buttons, macro recording, and a fast 32bit ARM Cortex CPU, the Ascalon is tuned for competitive gaming, ticking off all the major features you could ask for in a good gaming mouse.

Key Features:

  • 6400 True DPI
  • 1000 Hz Ultra Polling Rate
  • Detection 200 ips, acceleration 50g
  • 7 Independently programmable buttons
  • Adjustable DPI Control, Polling Rate, Liftoff distance and Shooting Speed
  • Cursor Capture Technology
  • User-Friendly UI

The packaging is pretty cool, with a clear shot of the mouse design on the front, as well as a cool image of what looks like a sword in the background; makes sense, since all Tesoro peripherals are named after mythical weapons.

Around the back, you’ll find a nice breakdown of all the major features, such as the RGB lighting as the button layout.

In the box, you’ll find all the usual documentation, which looks as nicely designed as the rest of the packaging, giving a nice premium vibe overall.

Tesoro Excalibur V2 Illuminated Mechanical Gaming Keyboard Review

Introduction

Tesoro may not be the first name you think of when it comes to buying a new gaming keyboard, but given the successes they’ve delivered in the past, they’re certainly a name you should be looking at more often. Just check out some of the kick-ass keyboards we’ve reviewed from Tesoro over the years and you’ll get an idea why I’m excited about their new Excalibur V2, such as the Lobera Supreme, Lobera Spectrum RGB, the seriously cool Tizona Elite and of course, the predecessor of today’s review sample, the Excalibur.

“Excalibur is a classic take on gaming, giving gamer all required tools to dominate the field of battle without additional features that most gamers would not use, making it one of the best performance to value board out there.” –Tesorotec.com

Equipped with a powerful ARM Cortex Premium CPU, onboard memory, 1000Hz polling rate, full N-key and 6-key rollover, LED lighting, on-the-fly macro recording and more, it’s certainly ticking all the right boxes for a well-rounded desktop keyboard.

Equipped with Kailh mechanical blue switches, and a wide range of lighting effects, the V2 is bound to be a lot of fun to work and play on, as well as a visual treat, so let’s jump in and take a closer look at what the latest keyboard from Tesoro has to offer!

Features

  • Gaming Grade Mechanical Switch
  • Heavy-Duty
  • 32bit ARM Cortex Premium Processor
  • 1000Hz Ultra-polling rate
  • 512KB (4Mb) Onboard memory
  • All keys programmable
  • NKey / 6 Key Rollover
  • Versatile Lighting effects
  • Make your own LED effects with instant lighting recording
  • Double injection keycaps
  • Quick profile switch, instant macro recording, reset hotkey, keyboard lock
  • Compatible with Win XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10

The packaging is really nicely designed, showing a stylised image of the keyboard on the front, as well as a picture of a sword, most likely Excalibur since all Tesoro peripherals are named after legendary weapons.

Around the back, a quick breakdown of the main features, such as that ARM CPU and the Kailh blue switches; nothing we don’t already know, so let’s get the box open and take a look.

The first thing you’ll find, a simple quick start guide and a Tesoro product catalogue, all fairly straightforward stuff so far.

The V2 comes hard-wired with a good quality 1.8m black braided cable. Although, I’d prefer that it was a removable cable, as it makes it easier to transport the cable without damaging it. It’s plug and play ready too, meaning you can get straight into the action, but there is also downloadable software if you want to tweak some of the more advanced settings.

Tesoro Unveils Ascalon H7L Gaming Mouse

The Tesoro Ascalon H7L represents the company’s latest gaming mouse, and it is aimed at elite gamers that expect nothing but the best when it comes to accuracy and comfort. A  200 ips motion detection system and 50g acceleration are also a part of the package, not to mention the outstanding ergonomics and antimicrobial soft-touch finish.

Just in case you were worried about the cable, you should know that it boasts gold plating and it is braided, which means that fraying is completely out of the question. And since we’re talking about a modern, cutting-edge mouse, it makes sense for it to include 16.8M RGB color lighting, which is completely customizable, by the way. Apart from supporting color customization, the software that accompanies the Tesoro Ascalon H7L allows gamers to modify the polling rate, the shooting speed, the liftoff distance and the DPI. The GIGABYTE Charity Raffle at I55 Raised £2417 for Zoё’s Place

Gigabyte’s charity raffle for Zoë’s Place, held during Insomnia 55, was a big success and made it possible to hand over a check worth £2417. This isn’t the first time Gigabyte is holding a raffle at the Insomnia event and last time they made £1700, so €2417 is a good step up and a great sign that gamers want to give something back. All the proceeds of the raffle go to Zoë’s Place, a baby hospice providing palliative, respite and end of life care for babies and infants aged from birth to five years and suffering from life-limiting or life-threatening conditions.

That is all great news and there were also some great prizes up for grab as part of the raffle. The ones entering the raffle had the chance to win AMD processors, AOC monitors, Coolermaster power supplies and cases, Crucial memory, Fractal Design power supplies and cases, Kingston memory and HyperX SSDs, Tesoro gaming keyboards, mice, headsets and mousepads, as well as Netgear NAS and cameras. GIGABYTE themselves sponsored a gaming laptop, motherboards, a graphics card, keyboards, and headsets for the raffle. All in all, prizes worth over £5000.

Gigabyte will be back with another Raffle in the future and I hope that even more people will support the cause then. We can do better, we can do more.

GIGABYTE and Partners Hold Biggest Ever Charity Raffle at I55

UK’s biggest gaming festival, Insomnia, is just around the corner and it will open its doors tomorrow for Multiplay Insomnia 55, UK’s biggest gaming festival at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry. Following up on the last successful charity raffle, GIGABYTE again partnered with others to create the biggest ever charity raffle at Insomnia. There will be around £5000 worth of hardware prizes to win spread out over the two days.

The prizes that you can win include AMD processors, AOC monitors, Coolermaster power supplies and cases, Crucial memory, Fractal Design power supplies and cases, Kingston memory and HyperX SSDs, Tesoro gaming keyboards, mice, headsets and mousepads, as well as Netgear NAS and cameras. GIGABYTE is sponsoring a gaming laptop, motherboards, a graphics card, keyboards, and headsets themselves. All this can be won and best of all, everything goes to charity.

There will be two raffles, one held on Friday, the 28th of August and the second the day after, on Saturday, the 29th of August.

Like last time, all the proceeds will be donated to the local charity Zoë’s place, a baby hospice providing palliative, respite and end of life care for babies and infants aged from birth to five years and suffering from life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. This is truly a worthy cause and I hope a lot of the gamers attending the Insomnia event will be very generous. The added bonus of  having a chance to win amazing hardware and this really is a no-brainer. Participate!

Tesoro Excalibur Spectrum RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard Review

Introduction

Tesoro are back on eTeknix once again! While we looked at their gorgeous new Lobera Spectrum recently, today we take a look at something a little further up the range, the new Excalibur Spectrum. RGB keyboards are all the rage recently, they’re often still the same keyboard they were last year in terms of performance and features, with the new addition of some funky lighting effects; no bad thing for those who love to customise their setup.

As you can see from the spec, the Excalibur is a fairly standard size keyboard, it features multiple profiles, built-in memory, RGB lighting and more.

“Tesoro Excalibur is a mechanical keyboard with an advanced backlighting processor. Unlike the original Excalibur which is capable of recording and storing macros, Spectrum also has a number of stunning illumination modes. Using this keyboard is a lot of colorful fun. Excalibur is the first Tesoro keyboard to have a classic solid look. It can be used with a gaming rig as well as on an office desk due to its straight and strong lines. The supreme spectrum backlighting, however, adds more color to our guy. Each key’s color can be set individually, the illumination will react to keystrokes, change colors in different ways, and do other crazy things.”

The packaging for the Excalibur Spectrum is simple enough, giving us a nice and colourful image of the keyboard on the front of the box.

The Excalibur comes hard-wired and you’ll be happy to hear it features a durable braided cable with a gold-plated connector.

The general design of the keyboard is nothing revolutionary. We’ve got a fairly standard chassis size, black plastic trim and a standard key layout.

The key caps look nice and smart, with a custom laser etched font to allow for the built-in lighting effects.

Here you can see we have the Kailh Red switches; it is also available in blue and brown switch.

A full-size number pad, nothing particularly interesting, but it’s all there.

The Excalibur can be switched from 6-key to n-key rollover directly from the keyboards using Fn-Shift + Ins and Del keys

The arrow keys also double up as lighting controls, allowing you to tweak things such as brightness and contrast.

There’s five built-in profiles on the keyboard, which are great for storing lighting effects.

Windows lock, as well as master volume controls.

Plus a basic set of multimedia controls; perfect for flicking through some music while you’re working or gaming.

As I said before, the keyboard is hard-wired with a thick braided cable. The cable is mounted off-center, which should help reduce conflicts with your monitor stand.

The underside of the keyboard is relatively featureless, aside from four rubber grips that will help prevent it from sliding around your desk.

There are two kickstands on the base, although they’re pretty standard and that’s a real shame, as most mechanical keyboards has stronger ones with rubber grips of their own.

Tesoro Announced Thyrsus Optical MMO and MOBA Mouse

Tesoro already has quite a few gaming mice on the market, but that doesn’t mean that there isn’t room for once more. They have announced the new Thyrsus optical gaming mouse. The Thyrsus features a comfortable and ergonomic design, comes with a high-precision optical sensor, and 6 fully programmable thumb buttons for MMO and MOBA games.

The six programmable thumb buttons with macro control give you a lot more flexibility with your mouse when comparing to one with just one or two. More spells right at your fingers mean more kills and better loot. In total, the mouse features 10 fully independent and programmable buttons.

The Thyrsus has 64Kb onboard memory for profile storage, enough for up to 5 gaming profiles, 35 macro keys, and 1600 recordable actions. The DPI is adjustable in 6 levels and up to 8200dpi, a polling rate of up to 1000Hz, and it is built with Omron switches rated for 10 million clicks.

The companion software got an overhaul too and should be better than ever. A multicolor LED allows you to set the ambient you like while the rubberized coating should give you maximum comfort and grip.

Technical specifications

  • 10 million click duty cycle Omron switches
  • 6 levels of sensitivity adjustable up to 8200 dpi
  • 64 KB Built-in Memory
  • 6 fully programmable thumb buttons for MMO/MOBA
  • Total of 10 fully programmable keys
  • Full speed processor with 1000 Hz polling rate
  • Customizable multicolor lighting
  • Soft-touch finished surface
  • 2 meter braided cable with gold-plated USB plug
  • 150 IPS (Inches per Second) motion detection and 30 g acceleration
  • New TESORO Thyrsus Software
  • Model number: TS-H8L

The new Tesoro Thyrsus MOBA and MMO mouse will be available this August in the UK for the suggested retail price of £49.00 GBP.

Tesoro Lobera Spectrum RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard Review

Introduction

Tesoro may not be the biggest gaming brand on the market, but they’ve proven time and time again that they can deliver competitive products, that are uniquely designed and for a competitive price; more than enough to get me interested! A few months back, I reviewed the gorgeous Tesoro Lobera Supreme mechanical keyboard, and it was fantastic, so I’m happy to see another Lobera keyboard sitting on my test bench this week.

The new version of the Lobera comes with one key feature, RGB lighting. Colour customisation is all the rage this year, with many manufacturers offering revisions and new models featuring RGB LED keys; the Lobera Spectrum RGB I have in the office today uses Kailh RGB Black Mechanical Switches. As you can see from the image below, it comes with a choice of red, black, blue and brown switches.

“Lobera Spectrum is a top-notch programmable gaming keyboard with advanced backlighting features. It has a number of stunning illumination modes including audiomode which makes the LEDs flash to the beat. Its highly customizable illumination processor even lets set individual key colors and turn the backlighting on and off for each key. Mechanical key design creates solid tactile feel and rapid response for extreme gamers. High speed USB 2.0 hub with audio jacks offers easy connection for user’s favourite portable peripherals. 5 profiles, up to 300 macro keys can be defined by the user. Tesoro Lobera Spectrum is the ultimate choice for gamers.”

In the box, you’ll find a small collection of documents in a cardboard wallet, as well as a USB power cable; this cable provides the rear-USB ports with additional power.

The keyboard is hard wired with a thick braided cable.

The cable is a little cumbersome, but that’s because it provides USB and audio pass-through to the back of the keyboard; handy for quickly connecting your headsets and peripherals without having to go behind your computer.

The chassis of the keyboard is a little oversized, giving you a built-in wrist rest and also giving the keyboard a funky industrial-type design.

The chassis is plastic, but it has been nicely textured to give it some added flair.

The key caps are of a good quality and feature bold laser-etched letting; perfect for letting all that RGB light through!

Under the keycaps, you can see we’ve got the Kailh Black switches, with the RGB LEDs. The chassis of the keyboard is white, which will help better reflect the lighting for a cool under-glow effect. Also, there was no key-cap pulling tool included in the box, fortunately I had my own, but all mechanical keyboard should come with on as standard in my opinion.

The 6-key and N-key rollover can be switched over directly from the keyboard using FN-Shift and either the Ins or Del keys.

A full-size number pad, fairly standard stuff, but you’ll be glad to hear that every key on the keyboard is mechanical.

The arrow keys feature LED lighting controls.

Built-in profiles allow you to toggle through lighting modes and more.

Windows lock, always a welcome feature on a gaming keyboard.

As well as basic multimedia controls, which are great for listening to music while gaming.

Down the left and right sides, there’s an LED light strip, allowing you to further customise the look of your keyboard.

Around the back, you can see the cable is mounted off to the right. This is better than central mountings, as that often causes the cable to conflict with your monitor stand.

A small warning label is pre-installed.

Behind which you’ll find the USB and audio pass-through ports.

Gigabyte’s Charity Raffle During i54 Made £1700 for Zoё’s Place

Gigabyte, together with other big hardware players such as Antec, Kingston HyperX, AOC, and Tesoro, hosted a big charity raffle during Insomnia 54 in Coventry. The deal was, you buy a ticket for the raffle and in return had a chance to win some great hardware such as AOC monitors, HyperX SSDs, Antec cases, Tesoro keyboards, and also Gigabyte motherboards and BRIX projectors. The best of all was, all the proceeds from the raffle would go to Zoë’s Place, a baby hospice in Coventry.

The raffle was a big success, actually there were two of them, one on Friday and one on Saturday of the event. The counting is done and Gigabyte could hand over a check for £1700 to Zoë’s Place.

Zoë’s place is a baby hospice that provides palliative, respite and end of life care for babies and infants aged from birth to five years and suffering from life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. There couldn’t be a much worthier cause for donating, and the Insomnia gamers thought so too.

Gigabyte also promised to be back again with a new Raffle at the next Insomnia event, i55. Let us hope that it will be at least as successful as this one and that it will raise even more money.

Gigabyte @ Multiplay i54

It just wouldn’t be an event without the likes of Gigabyte. They were there on the Tesoro booth, but their most notable presence this weekend is the giveaway for Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice, raising almost £900 on just the Friday. If you’re at the show, drop by to support this great cause.

We will keep you posted on updates from Gigabyte at the event and we aim to publish more on Gigabyte tech as soon as we can.

Tesoro Tizona Elite Mechanical Gaming Keyboard & Numberpad Review

Introduction

Tesoro are one of my favourite keyboard manufacturers, as they offer up some unique aesthetics, class leading performance and great build quality; although I’m sure they’re the kind of features we can all get behind! Everything I’ve tested from Tesoro, both professionally and personally has always been impressive and a little bit different from everything else on the market; today’s review is no exception. At my disposal I have not one, but two Tesoro products; the Tizona Elite mechanical gaming keyboard, and the Tizona Numberpad.

The Tizona Keyboard and the Tizona Numberpad are independent peripherals which are can be used separately, but they also have the ability to work together. The Tizona is a TKL style keyboard, which means it has no numberpad on the right hand side, but the numberpad can be bought separately and attached to the keyboard, or used separately as an extra programmable controller of its own, so this should be an interesting aspect to test today; it’s also one that will make more sense in a moment.

Tesoro love giving their products cool names, with a bit of back story to each. “The Burning Blade – Tizona is the sword carried by El Cid which was used to fight the Moors in Spain. It is now one of Spain’s most cherished relics.” This keeps in theme with other Tesoro products which are named after historical or mythological weapons.

“Tizona equips with Gaming-Grade mechanical Key switches, and switchable USB 6-Nkey / Full-Nkey rollover capability. Three Thumbs hot keys can easily launch your browser, media player, and Outlook under PC-mode. When in G-mode, by default the thumbs keys will mapped to H1: Num”/”, H2: Num”*” and H3: Num”-“. Gamer now could have the option to remap their game key directly into these 3 dedicated hot keys. A useful smart convenient extension for gamers is the included DC-In Jack that will provide additional power for Tizona two USB 2.0 ports (up to 500 mA per port).”

Tizona Keyboard

  • Gaming-Grade Mechanical Key Switch.
  • Switchable 6-NKey Full-NKey rollover function
  • 87 Keys compact Slim and stylish design
  • Extra High Speed 2.0 USB HUB
  • HotKeys
  • Detachable 1.8m braided cable.
  • Anti-slip rubber feet.
  • DC-IN Jack for optional additional USB power.
  • 1000Hz Ultra-polling rate.
  • Multimedia keys
  • Equipped with Magnets for Optional Numerical Keypads.

Tizona Numberpad

  • Gaming-grade mechanical key switch
  • Detachable 1.8m braided cable
  • 18 Keys compact slim and stylish design
  • Anti-slip rubber feet
  • 6-NKEY / Full-NKEY rollover switchable function
  • 1000Hz Ultra-polling rate
  • Equipped with magnets for optional Tizona 90 keys keyboard

As I said before, both of these items are sold separately, which is great for people who only want the compact keyboard. Both are really nicely packaged and the keyboard comes with a handle on box that allows it to double up as a carry case.

The interior of the box features thick foam padding and a protective plastic cover to help keep the keyboard nice and safe.

In the box you’ll find the keyboard, a high quality braided cable and a USB power cable.

The Numberpad also comes bundled with a high quality braided cable.

The LED light can also be dimmed in 4 steps to adjust to your liking.

Tesoro Gandiva H1L Laser Gaming Mouse Review

Introduction

Tesoro may not be the biggest name in the gaming peripherals market, but their past efforts have proven to us time and time again that they’re quickly working their way up the popularity ladder. They’ve already made some of the best looking and performing gaming products on the market; with the added bonus of offering some truly unique aesthetics that sets them apart from the rest of the market.

Today I’m very happy to have their latest laser gaming mouse, the Gandiva H1L, which promises ultra high-end performance, stunning aesthetics and a whole lot more. Will it keep up with the high standards set by previous Tesoro products? I certainly hope so.

Tesoro love to put a little more thought into their product names than most and the Gandiva is no exception; just take a look at the official product description below to get an idea of what I mean. It’s clear that Tesoro see their gaming peripherals on the same level as mythical weapons of great power.

“Gandiva, the bow of Arjuna, the great warrior of Mahabharat war, was also one of the rarest bows of its time. The bow was decorated with hundreds of gold bosses, and had radiant ends. Arjuna used it in Kurukshetra war and he was invincible. It is said that beside Lord Krishna no one except Arjuna could wield the bow in the mortal world. The bow, when twanged made the sound of thunder.”

The Gandiva comes equipped with full colour customisable lighting, multiple profiles, macros, a customisable laser sensor, built-in memory, a weight tuning system and a whole lot more.

  • 8200 DPI Gaming Laser Sensor with high-speed motion detection and acceleration
  • 8 independent programmable buttons
  • Adjustable 5 levels dpi control. 800/1800(Default)/4000/6400/8200
  • Adjustable polling rate control from user AP up to 1000Hz ultra-polling rate
  • Adjustable liftoff distance tracking technology
  • User friendly UI for easy setup
  • 5 programmable mapping sets, with full color LED indication
  • 40 macro keys, up to 1600 actions recordable
  • 128Kb onboard memory
  • Human ergonomic design with tuning weight-in system
  • Adjustable full color LED control
  • PP. braided cable with gold-plated USB connector
  • Compatible with Windows® XP/Vista/7/8

The packaging is really nicely designed, with a bright and colourful box and a stylish image of the mouse on the front.

Around the back we have a multi language breakdown of the main features and specifications.

The front panel of the box folds out to give us a sneaky look at the mouse design and there are details about the lighting and software features on the inside of the cover.

In the box you’ll find the mouse, a quick start guide, a CD-ROM with the software (newer versions available to download from the website), and you’ll also find an extra set of Teflon slipmats for the underside of the mouse; everything you need to get you started.

I absolutely love competition day and this week we’ve got another great range of prizes lined up to give away to our fans. We’ve joined forces with the good people to Tesoro, who have earned themselves a great reputation for creating some stunning high-end gaming peripherals and what better way to celebrate their success than to give away several prizes from their range!

Let’s take a quick look at what we have to giveaway;

1 x Durandal Ultimate Mechanical Keyboard
2 x Shrike Laser Mouse

Introduction

Tesoro are one of the fastest growing names in the gaming market, they have already impressed me with their Kuven 7.1 gaming headset, and now they’re back to try to impress me with their latest gaming keyboard; the Lobera Supreme. Tesoro don’t have the biggest range of products right now, but everything I’ve seen from them over the last year, both professionally as a reviewer and personally as a gamer, have left me thoroughly impressed. With that in mind, I do have high expectations for this keyboard, which Tesoro will have to live up to if they want to have any hope of competing in an already saturated and fiercely competitive market.

Tesoro Booth at Insomnia i52

Tesoro are easily one of my all time favorite gaming brands, they’ve got a range of awesome and rather unique peripherals that to me, really stand out from the crowd. They’ve got a tidy little booth setup in the middle of the hall where you can get hands on with their headsets such as the Kuven 7.1, as well as their range of peripherals such as the Lobera Supreme, Tizona and more.

Not only that, but you can also buy these products from their booth, with some tasty trade show discounts too! That being said, there may be discounts, there may be great peripherals for you to try out and the staff on the booth are certainly polite and helpful… but they have free balloons! If free balloons aren’t enough to get you to the booth, nothing will be.

Tesoro The Unveil New Peripherals & PC Cases At Computex 2014

Tesoro may not be the biggest name in the peripherals business, but they’ve proven time and time again that they know how to make a great product and the gaming market is certainly starting to take notice. With Computex 2014 just weeks away, the company has revealed that it will be releasing a range of new products targeted at professional gamers.

During the show the company plans to show off its new mechanical keyboard technologies, as well as their Tizona Elite G2nFL, the worlds first full colour programmable mechanical numerical pads, as well as their Excalibur G7NL keyboard which comes equipped with on board memory, macro features and LED lighting, but is still said to maintain an affordable price tag.

The Shrike V2 gaming mouse, Kuven Pro true 5.1 headset and Olivant in-ear headphones will also be on show, with the Olivant being of particular interest since they’re the first in-ear headphones to feature dual-drivers, with a 15mm and a 7mm in each ear piece.

Most exciting of all, Tesoro say they’ll also announce their very first gaming cases under the brand Tesoro Casing! eTeknix will be out at the show, so we’ll be sure to stop by the Tesoro booth and tell you all about it.

Impact Technologies Take Over Distribution For Tesoro In UK

Impact Technologies have been made the Official distributor of all Tesoro gaming hardware here in the UK. Impact Technologies have over 10 years experience in the industry and are going to working on expanding and maintaining the Tesoro presence here in the UK. This is a great thing for Tesoro as every product we’ve tested or used personally over the last couple of years from the brand has been nothing short of superb, but very few people seem to know who the brand is and will often spend their money on the more established names such as Corsair and CM Storm.

The agreement will focus on complex brand maintenance within United Kingdom territory to deliver best customer service for retail and gaming community. The initial supply of products is ready to launch now, and Impact Technologies are currently stocking Tesoro newest inventions: Tesoro Lobera Supreme, world first full color mechanical gaming keyboard as well as its membrane version – Lobera, Tesoro Colada – one of the most premium aluminum gaming keyboard available, series of gaming mice (Shrike, Gungnir), 7.1 Gaming headsets (Kuven) and premium hand stitched mouse pads (Aegis series). In May, Durandal series of mechanical keyboards, Gandiva Laser Mouse (chosen product of the year by PC Magazine), as well as new products not yet announced by Tesoro but soon to be released.

“Partnering with Tesoro is exciting for both companies; this is the next step in adding quality vendors to our growing portfolio. Tesoro has demonstrated a commitment to support the UK market with the sponsorship of eSports teams showing the confidence Tesoro has in its own products, which are of a high quality, Lee Gordon of Impact said. He continued by adding, “the sponsorships of high profile eSports teams such as Team Infused, Virtus.Pro, Refused & Na’Vi adding to that events such as LANfest & epic.LAN, Tesoro products will prove to be the cornerstone of Impact Technologies peripherals range going forward as their popularity and reach will grow exponentially. Looking to the future, Impact Technologies hopes to help bring Tesoro to the spotlight in the UK gaming scene and continue what has already been a fantastic working relationship.”

Maciej Burno, Sales Director of Tesoro commented on the partnership deal: “United Kingdom is a very strategic territory for Tesoro in terms of brand visibility and brand growth for Europe and I am very happy that our negotiations with Impact Technologies were concluded positively. Although there is still very long way ahead of us and plenty of work to be done here, I am optimistic that we will have a major success in United Kingdom and personally I am really glad to finally have a chance to demonstrate our products to local fans of Tesoro.”

Tesoro will be available in UK starting this week throughout major retailers and etailers, and with their continued support for eSports, you can expect to be hearing a lot more about this brand throughout 2014 and beyond.
