Batmobile’s and Titanic Unleashed in GTA V

Grand Theft Auto is easily one of the greatest games in the series so far, the stories are fun, the graphics are great and the game world massive! However, no matter how much fun the game was at release, the PC modding community aren’t going to just take a day off and leave this one alone. While ripping around in the stock vehicles is a lot of fun, modded cars are where the real action is at, especially when those vehicles are eight of the most iconic Batmobiles!

This incredible mod adds the Batmobile 1966, Batmobile 1989, Batmobile MK2, The Tumbler, The Batwing, Batmobile 2016, The Batpod and the Batmobile Asylum; that’s a lot of potential Batman action right there! These are really detailed too, with interiors on the vehicles, weapons systems where appropriate and even the jet boosters for when you really need to get out there quickly and fight crime… or cause crime, no one said you had to be Batman.

Check out the videos below for a look at the new cars, as well as a flight in the Batwing. If that doesn’t have you reaching for the nearest mod download site, nothing will.

Just when you thought you had seen it all in terms of vehicle packs, there’s one that’s just a little bit bigger than the Batmobile, ok, it’s a LOT bigger. If you’ve ever dreamed about taking the Titanic on a cruise around the islands in GTA V, then today is your lucky day, as one modder has brought the iconic ship back for you to cruise around in.

I must admit, nothing says ultimate billionaire adventure pack like a luxury cruise ship and a Batmobile, so what are you waiting for. Download the Batman Vehicles mod here, and the Titanic mod here.

Which iconic vehicles would you like to see modded into GTA V?

Did Batman Turn From Superhero to ‘Super Murderer’ in the Arkham Knight?

Batman is considered a superhero and was created with that intent in mind. We see that in the comics and movies created so far, but what about the games? Sure, they need to be tweaked a bit to get players more interested in the game and make it ‘sellable’, but how far would you go to change that?

According to a medical examiner, as well as some screenshots, it looks like non-lethal Batman just turned serial killer in the latest Batman: Arkham Knight title. Dr. M. Hussain points out that some of the moves pictured below can cause “damage to the spine and ribs” and other lethal injuries.

“The amount of force required to kick someone across the room would be very high and can cause damage to organs.” Dr. Hussain noted.

On top of that, some of the vehicle collisions and rocket ‘punches’ displayed below simply speak for themselves. Don’t take our word for it though. If you played the game, you may be familiar with some scenes or actions that Batman performs, where it is clearly visible that his opponent(s) have no chance of survival. Here are some examples below:

I know we are talking about a game here where “Nothing is true, everything is permitted”, but let’s be honest here. We want to know Batman for who he was created to be, right? And as far as I know, Batman did not change his approach toward villains. What’s your thought on this? Let us know in the comments below.

Arkham Knight Batmobile Collector’s Edition Cancelled

There is some sad news for the people who pre-ordered the Batmobile Collector’s Edition of the upcoming Batman: Arkham Knight game just got cancelled – and that with less than a week until release. There is no doubt that this will cause some sad faces here and there as it really was a cool edition.

GAME has been sending out emails to affected customers and Warner Brothers Games also posted a note on their official forums about the incident.

“We regret to inform you that we are not able to release the Batmobile Collector’s Edition of Batman: Arkham Knight due to unforeseen circumstances that greatly compromised the quality of this extremely limited run of product.”

It looks like the quality of the morphing figurines just didn’t live up to the standard that has to be and that WB probably just feared a lot of angry customers with faulty or broken collector items – and that wouldn’t be good for anyone. And while this cancellation is a sad thing for many, I think it was the right decision.

If you have pre-ordered the Batmobile edition you can get a refund, switch to another collection, or even use the credit for another game, so you don’t need to worry about lost money. As a little band-aid, WB will be giving out the new 52 skin pack free of charge to everyone who purchases Batman Arkham Knight.

New Arkham Knight Trailer Encourages You to ‘Be the Batman’

The latest Batman title developed by Rocksteady Studios is almost here and it looks like they are making a final push on the advertisement side, just to be sure everybody is as excited as ever.

By advertisement, I mean that a new trailer for the title just got released and it’s as epic as ever! It looks like the main focus in it is upon the actual player himself and getting him hyped with real life examples of what sums up to be ‘the Batman’.

The trailer follows with a few in-game footage snippets that displays some of the content and characters the user will encounter in the game. However, the main features that makes the Batman game unique are Detective Mode, a variety of gadgets available at the user’s disposal, the combat and let’s not forget about gliding!

Batman: Arkham Knight is the fourth title of the Batman: Arkham series and it is the first title to introduce the Batmobile as a playable vehicle which can be used for both transportation and combat.

The title will arrive on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC platforms next month on June 23rd, so don’t go out spending all your money after next month’s payday.

More Batman: Arkham Knight Details Revealed

An AMA on Reddit has revealed some new information about the upcoming Batman: Arkham Knight game. Please note that there are massive spoilers for Arkham City ahead!

The story is reported to pick up right after the death of the Joker, focusing on what would happen around Gotham with him removed.

The new Batsuit is heavily redesigned and mimics much of the design of the Batmobile. Rocksteady claims the new suit will impact gameplay, enhance Batman’s abilities and will have some kind of interaction between Batman and the Batmobile. Yes you read that right, the Batmobile is in this game!

“When we added the Batmobile to the game, we wanted to make sure it’s a fun, meaningful addition to every part of the game. Batman wouldn’t use it if he didn’t need it. So there will be points in the main story where you will need to use the Batmobile to progress, and if you’re anything like me, there will be points where you can’t use the Batmobile and wish it was there!” – Rocksteady

If revised combat, the Batmobile, a new suit, a bigger environment and a whole lot more aren’t going to get you excited about this game. The developers have promised a new trailer coming this Monday, so stay tuned for more!
