Cooler Master announced the new ErgoStand III cooling stand and docking station for up to 17-inch laptops. It comes with a massive 230mm ultra silent fan using Loop Dynamic Bearing technology to provide 72 feet³ per minute of airflow at just 21dBA.
The stand also comes with a built-in fan speed controller to slow down if those 21dBA should be too much for you and an easy to remove and clean mesh. There are six ergonomic height settings for more comfortable viewing angles and the adjustable anti-slip holders can support a 17″ laptop just as well as tablet devices. It also has a built-in 4-port USB hub and various grooves and hooks to keep the cables around the stand tidy and in place.

AOC has just released their new 17″ USB-powered monitor. Utilizing DisplayLink Technology, the E1759FWU is designed to be utilized as a secondary option for desktop PCs and laptops alike.
This monitor will be compatible with both MAC and PC, drawing its power and video signal through a single USB 3.0 cable. If you’re wondering why people would care about such a small screen in this day and age, the monitor will certainly be a handy second screen addition to people who are that way inclined. It also enables the user to have a further clutter-free work space, removing the need for external monitor power.
Providing a 1600 x 900 resolution at 60Hz and a total screen surface size of 17.3″, AOC’s new piece of tech can be used in either portrait or landscape modes in a 10ms response time. Given the features on offer, it’s obvious that this new model doesn’t offer anything ground breaking when compared to IPS and 120Hz monitors – but it will certainly be a nifty addition to those who work on a laptop and are looking for a little extra screen space.
The screen is now available at a price tag of $199, meaning it sits slightly higher than high-end 24″ ‘consumer’ panels currently on the market like ASUS’ VS248H-P.
The new series of all-in-one HMI Panel PCs consists of three models. The MS-9A61, MS-9A62 and MS-9A63 where the only difference is the size of the screen.
The IPC’s are a powerfull all-in-one solution powered by Intel Mobile processors and with build-in 15″, 17″ and 19″ TFT LCD screens featuring 5-wire resistive touch panel. This makes them an optimal HMI platform for automation, kiosk, POI, digital signatures, etc. They also allow for connection of a second display.
Designed for diverse HMI applications with high integration flexibility in mind, the MS-9A61/9A62/9A63 allows system integrators to flexibly choose from MSI’s Mini-ITX embedded mainboards (under 35W models) according to different application requirements.
They will feature plenty of storage options, ranging from HDD, SSD, mSATA to SATA DOM to satisfy any different storage demand, maybe it be high capacity or extreme speeds.
This panel PC leads a great concept that allows system integrators to choose from any of MSI’s Mini-ITX embedded motherboards under 35W. In order to secure the power connection, it provides a lockable power jack that fastens the power connection. For easy adjustment of the touch screen, the panel PC comes with a removable front frame design.
